Nadir-X

Could the differences that make us who we are, be the eighth color of the rainbow?

We believe that our rarities make us strong. Therefore, we invite everyone to meet Nadir-X and witness the stories of three children who fight rare diseases with weak bodies but big hearts.

Enjoyable adventures of three different heroes await you, from Salt Boy, a patient with Cystic Fibrosis, whose rare power is to dominate salt, to Pepper Girl, a patient with Cystinosis, who manages to overcome all problems with her superior olfactory power, and Robot Boy, a Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy patient, equipped with the technology of the future. Illustrator Erhan Candan and his drawings brought Nadir-X to life.

These children and their families fight with five hundred serious diseases, each different than the other. The fact that it is not on the public agenda sufficiently because it is not widely seen in society does not change the reality of how difficult these processes are. To raise awareness for rare diseases, the Nadir-X project, which started with the unconditional support of GEN, aims to raise society’s awareness and to support those who struggle with these diseases.
